URGENT KNESSET UPDATE
Tomorrow and the next day (Tuesday and Wednesday) there will be the vote on the law which will close the ridiculous criminal cases against 1500 Orange demonstrators.

"Halevai" that the actions of the Orange demonstrators, in perhaps blocking traffic for a few moments or in possibly spontaneously pushing a policeman to prevent him from improperly beating up someone, and so forth, should be the Israel's justice system's main problem (what happened to rape, drugs, traffic accidents, terror attacks, family violence, and organized crime??).

Good news: The law is widely supported by many Knesset members on left and on right. The main problem is, though, that Olmert is pressuring some of the law's supporters, so we need to call these MKs RIGHT NOW -- or this evening, or latest tomorrow morning (Tuesday morning) in order to very politely ask them to please vote FOR the law tomorrow and the next day. Please specifically say that you heard that Olmert is doing a "targil parliamentari" aimed to push off the vote until after the chagim (by that time, Olmert will think of another excuse to put it off even more...) and ask each MK not to let Olmert do that. Do not let the MKs persuade you that actually the above is not the factual situation. Keep insisting, pleasantly of course, that you are absolutely sure that the right thing to do is to vote for this law tomorrow (in the Vaadat haKnesset) and the next day (in the Knesset melia=plenary).

Here are the MKs that are being pressured by Olmert (+ telephone and fax numbers to the best of our knowledge):

Yakov Margy from Shas Tel: 02-6753840/1 fax: 02-6753759
David Azulay from Shas -- Tel: 02-6753830/1 fax: 02-6753908
Nissim Zeev from Shas 050-5411752 : 02-6496549

Please remember to thank the above 3 for their work for Eretz Yisrael on other occasions

Robert Ilatov from Yisrael Beytenu
Tel: 02-6753464 fax 02-6753689

Esterina Tertman from Yisrael Beytenu 0504 979797

Yizhkak Galanti from the Pensioners Party Tel: 02-6408308/7 fax : 02-6753750

Moshe Sharoni from the Pensioners party , fax 02-6753196

Shai Hermesh from Kadima Tel: 02- - 9

Avigdor Yizhaki from Kadima 054-6788001

Many thanks to all of us who will be manning the phones and faxes and simultaneously -- Good Luck to Today's Marchers to Homesh!! Have a Yishuv Tov

With Friends like these
Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao said on Tuesday that his country supported Syria's rights to the Golan Heights, Syrian news agency SANA reported. The government-controlled service also claimed that, in a meeting with Syrian Deputy Premier for Economic affairs Abdullah Dardari, Jiabao expressed China's commitment to boosting ties with Syria and developing them in all areas.

Last year China upset Israel by inviting the foreign minister of the Hamas-led PA government - boycotted by Israel and the West - to attend a conference in Beijing.

China is Israel's third-largest trading partner, following the United States and Germany.

TWO ITEMS
Two interesting events Thursday 5 July
* 7 - 8 PM sidewalk vigil in Tel Aviv protesting the anti-Hebron play being put on by HaBima and Cameri whose objective is clearly to present Hebron in a bad light as a frightening place full of death that is best abandoned. 7 Saadia Gaon Street, call Sara for particulars 03-5324338 0504-088754. This is a police-authorized protest event.
* 1 PM important trial in Jerusalem -- pertaining to the right of self-defense in small Yesha communities, in particular if Palestinian men wander close to the settlement and seem to have no business there, what are the residents of the settlement entitled to do, can they keep the Palestinian strangers away although these strangers have not started shooting yet? On trial: the Halamish brothers, both members of their yishuv's official defense team ("kitat konenut"). Courtroom of Judge Mussia Arad, Mechozi (District) Court, 40 Salach-a-Din St., Jerusalem. Make sure there is no change in the time (which happens frequently) by calling Dani Halamish, one of the 2 brothers, at 0544342307.

Reminder: Your lawyer friends must vote on Tuesday 10 July.
The head of the Lishkat Orchei ha-Din will be determined in this final round. Either Yuri Gai-Ron, the Meretz-flavored candidate, or the mildly right-wing/traditional candidate Ilan Bombach, will win. Voter participation is usually unbelievably low, so if each of us pleasantly reminds one or two lawyers -- this can easily -- easily -- make the difference between a win and a lose. Lawyers: vote in any courthouse, in many, many locations all over the country. Call or email your lawyer acquaintances right now before you forget. Tuesday 10 July is D-Day. Thank you.

Sderot fired upon, Shalit still a POW
In response to continued assaults by both Fatah and Hamas factions, Olmert will hand over 250 Palestinian terrorists currently jailed in Israel to his peace partner, Abu Mazen. In addition millions of dollars in tax money will reach Mazen's account. Moreover, there is no progress in the rescue or ransom attempt of Israel's missing soldier Gilad Shalit, and Hamas terrorists are as committed to destroying Israel as ever before.

So why is Olmerde giving Arab murderers weapons, money and freeing the prisoners that so many of our soldiers risked their lives to bring to justice?

Simple. Because Olmert, Barak and Peres are nothing but bottom-feeders. They are criminal ego-maniacs. You think Netanyahu will be different if you decide to pour your hard earned money and valuable time to help him become once again the PM? Read on...

Manhigut Yehudit Condemns Benjamin Netanyahu

Jerusalem, June 26, 2007 …Following is a statement issued by Moshe Feiglin, President of Manhigut Yehudit and candidate for the Chairmanship of the Likud party and for Prime Minister of Israel, on Likud party Chairman Benjamin Netanyahu’s statement in which Mr. Netanyahu suggests that Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert should bring thousands of Jordanian soldiers INTO Israel to strengthen palestinian authority President Mahmoud Abbas (the "good terrorist"), who will ostensibly protect the Jewish citizens from the chaos in Judea & Samaria ("the West Bank") caused by the palestinian civil war:

It is very sad that Mr. Netanyahu is reviving, via the back door, the Oslo illusion that Palestinian terrorists should protect the State of Israel against other Palestinian terrorists. Instead of standing firm for the Likud's founding principle of Jewish sovereignty over the entire Land of Israel, Netanyahu remains a captive to the misconceptions of the disgraced and deadly Oslo Accords and the concepts of Land for Peace and Unilateral Withdrawal.

As can be seen from a simple review of the so-called "Peace Process" over the last 15 years, the more land that Israel withdraws from, the more Jews die.

We at Manhigut Yehudit do not subscribe to these failed policies

Abu Mazen’s history plainly shows that this man is solely Yasser Arafat with a suit and a razor: he co-authored the PLO’s Phased Plan for destroying Israel by taking what it can through negotiations prior to all-out war, he denied the Holocaust, and he financed the Munich Massacre. Since he’s become the “Palestinian” leader 4 years ago, he has publicly stated that he will never give up the “palestinian right of return” which would destroy Israel demographically, he will never disarm any terror groups, and he has stated that he supports murdering Jews if they live outside the 1967 borders of Israel .

Abu Mazen is clearly not a man to put any trust in, and to trust him with the lives of Israel's Jewish citizens is the height of irresponsibility.

Netanyahu's presentation of the terrorist Mahmoud Abbas (aka "Abu Mazen") as a moderate is a repeat of his handshake with former Palestinian Authority chairman Yasser Arafat. That handshake destroyed the nationalist camp and gave legitimacy to the Oslo process.

Now again, when everyone knows there is no partner and the survival of Israel is at stake, Netanyahu is giving a certificate of kashrut to the enemy.

Mr. Netanyahu, the man who supplied Yasser Arafat with thousands of machine guns even after Arafat’s thugs used the guns given them by Yitzhak Rabin to fire upon Israelis, and the man who voted in favor of the Gaza Disengagement only to resign from office in protest of the same Disengagement in a crass political maneuver after the plan could not be stopped anymore, has once again shown us why he is not the alternative leadership that Israel so desperately needs.

4 Katyushas and Barak
4 Katyusha rockets were fired from Lebanon into norhtern Israel. 2 landed in Kiriyat Shmona and the other two in open fields. Olmert and his new incompetent Minister of Defesne, the infamous Ehud Barak y"sh, have announced that Israel will show restraint.

Of course Israel will show restraint!! It has no leadership. But if you were to ask any normal Israeli they would tell you they'd bomb the living hell not only of the Lebanese terrorists but in Gaza as well. Instead, these morons will due everything possible to give Arab Jew-haters the feeling of victory and intimidation.

The destruction of Israel
AP News:
TEHRAN, Iran - Iran's hard-line President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Sunday said the world would witness the destruction of Israel soon, the official Islamic Republic News Agency reported.

Ahmadinejad said last summer's war between Israel and Hezbollah showed for the first time that the "hegemony of the occupier regime (Israel) had collapsed, and the Lebanese nation pushed the button to begin counting the days until the destruction of the Zionist regime," IRNA quoted him as saying.

"God willing, in the near future we will witness the destruction of the corrupt occupier regime," Ahmadinejad was quoted as saying during a speech to foreign guests mostly from African, Arab and neighboring countries who attended ceremonies marking the 18th anniversary of the death of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, who is known as the father of Iran's 1979 Islamic Revolution.

Embattled Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has lost public support after Israel failed to achieve its goals during last summer's 34-day war with Hezbollah guerrillas in Lebanon — freeing two captured soldiers and crushing the militant group.

The war was sparked after two Israeli soldiers were kidnapped by Iranian- and Syrian-backed Hezbollah militants in a cross-border raid. The fighting ended with a U.N.-brokered cease-fire that called for deployment of U.N. peacekeepers and Lebanese troops in southern Lebanon along the border with Israel.

Ahmadinejad has made anti-Israel comments in the past.

In October 2005, he caused outrage in the West when he said in a speech that Israel's "Zionist regime should be wiped off the map."

His supporters have argued Ahmadinejad's words were mistranslated and should have been better translated as "vanish from the pages of time" — implying Israel would vanish on its own rather be destroyed.

One more victim in Sderot
2nd dead Jew..sderot...Olmert still bombing empty buildings and parking lots in GAZA in 'response' time to flood MIRI EISEN the PR gal for the PM on
1. Is it true that Israeli government is funding the FATAH for arms at USA request?
2. How many dead Jews would it take for Olmert to 'respond' in allowing IDF to respond on real terrorists and terrorist leaders instead of empty building or money changing booths in Gaza

Amir Peretz (defense minister) is pushing the cabinet to commence formal (as opposed to secret) negotioations with Syria, in which Israel would cede the Golan Heights. That way Tiberias, Tzfat, Quiriyat Shmona and other northern communities can be rocketed by those nice Syrian Arabs.

Israelis continue with their heads burried in the sand, as opposed to take Israel back by force, from the paws of the current leaders.

Woman killed by Kassam rocket in Sderot
INN: A woman was killed by a Kassam rocket that scored a direct hit on her car in Sderot Monday night.

Is there any country in the world, that would sit by while rockets fall on one its cities, and kill its citizens? Only Israeli politicians can bring Israel to such new 'lows'.

Billions of dollars were spent throwing Jews out of Gaza instead of throwing out Israel's enemies. Even today, when the truth of Arab goals are transparent, there is not one single Israeli politican that speaks of transferring Arabs.

**

(IsraelNN.com) At least 20 protestors were arrested near the Jewish village of Negohot, near Hevron, on Thursday afternoon. Among those arrested is a 75-year-old woman. The protestors were among approximately 200 people demonstrating against the closure of the Negohot-Adoraim road, which connects Negohot to other towns in the region.

In other news, (IsraelNN.com) Israel is prepared to sign a $4 billion deal with the British-Based BG corporation to supply Palestinian Authority (PA) off-shore gas, the Times of London reported. It said the Foreign Ministry wants to conclude the deal "as soon as possible."

The government increasingly has been pursuing a policy led by Vice Prime Minister Shimon Peres that business deals with the PA will help bring peace, directly opposite to statements by former prime Ariel Sharon that Israel never would buy gas from the PA. BG vice president Nigel Shaw stated, "This is a chance for greater economic prosperity in Palestine and that is only good for peace.”

The deal would leave the PA with $1 billion in royalties in return for supplying Israel with 10 percent of its annual energy needs. The gas is to be transported to the port city of Ashkelon.

One sticking point that may delay the deal is Israel's demand that revenues not go to the Hamas faction.

Shimon Peres is not insane. He is pure unadultarated evil. From the bottom of his hoofs to the top of his horns.

IAF fires on open areas in northern Gaza Strip; no reports of injuries (Reuters)
Finally IAF is attacking..3 open fields burning lots of grass and concrete parking lots in flames.

Olmert is attacking with F18s and F16s and helicopters 'open areas', parking lots, empty grassy areas and fields. That should do it..21 Jews in Sderot hospitalized so far, 3 in surgery, and the government of Israel is fighting back to protect its citizens (ha ha)

Arabs must be sooooo scared... boo hoo....

Olmerde is a disgrace!!!

And what about our captive soldiers? Has he forgotten already? Duh, of course he has!

New Muslims to emulate their brethren in New Jersey
At least 5 nationals of former Yugoslavia arrested. Feds say suspects, described as recent Muslim converts, plotted to 'kill as many soldiers as possible' on N.J. Army base.

King Herod's grave discovered in Eretz Israel archeological dig.

Olmert ignores Israel's will. Israel's lemming-like populace give up on change. Major army practice taking place in the Golan. War ahead?

The Winograd Report
The Big News on Winograd Report Publication Day by Andras Bereny

You know what? You won't believe it! I went to the shuk and bought some potatoes, peppers, onions, garlic and wow, olive oil. And eggs. 36 of them!

I like red potatoes because in the old country they were better. Here in Israel, they are as tasteless, as spongy and as full of water as the white ones but at least they look more - well - promising I guess. Peppers can be as good and tasty here as anywhere and I like those big yellow ones.

Onions for cooking have to be golden, so I bought nice, juicy golden ones. Not too big, not too small, Judaism prefers middle way. And garlic, I like garlic. I admit, the olive oil I didn't plan for, but saw a two bottles bound together offer I couldn't refuse.

Then I went home and poured a little olive oil to a non-stick frying pan and lit the gas under it. While the oil was heating up I pealed the potatoes with one of those fool-proof potatoe peeling devices I admire and cut them to little cubes, like half an inch per half an inch per half an inch. When ready, tossed them into the oil with the knife and fried them until light brown, flicking the pen from time to time like professional chefs do. Next, I took a pepper and cut it up to cubes too, the same size, more or less and sliced an onion. I mixed everything with the slightly browned potatoes and fried the lot together a few minutes, until darker brown. I cleaned a clove of garlic and cut it up to tiny pieces. While the veg was frying in the pan I beat up three eggs in a mug, with a drop of milk, the garlic and a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Then I poured the mixture on the fried veg
in the pan and moved it slowly until all the egg solidified.

So, as far as I am concerned, the big news on Winograd Report publication day is that I never had such a tasty omlette in my life! Why I think this seemingly insignificant episode is the news of that particular day? Because I don't believe in the Winograd Commission: Four man and one woman, not one of them with their had covered! They criticise Olmert for the one right thing he did do right: He went to war to stop our enemies provoking.
