PAST DEVELOPMENTS

Jan. 30 A father and a son have been ambushed and shot near Ofra. The son is in critical care. A soldier was shot in Gaza he is in stable condition.

Only 34 thousand Israeli voters thought that Transfer is a viable option. Herut will not sit in the upcoming Knesset. Arabs will sit, Communists, Leftists and religious factions will participate as well. We are sorry not to be joyous for Sharon's re-election, but his solution to the Arab-Israeli conflict is not compatible with Torah nor reason. HaShem Yishmor.

It seems that Israel has opted for a 'status quo' in the Holyland. Few changes occurred from the last elections in Israel. The Likud is the strongest party reaching 38 seats. Labor has been reduced to 19 and ultra-left wing Meretz was cut by half to 6. Shinui, an anti-religious party has gain an unprecedented 15 seats. Shas, the sephardic religious party will likely join Sharon and Lapid in a unity government (they'll join anyone if the price is right).

What all of this means to Israel: There will be more terror. Arabs will not be expelled from the land. Sharon's aid Weissglass together with Shimon Peres will continue working on the "road map" for a Palestinian terrorist state. Religious Jews will have a hard time. Businesses will be open on the Sabbath and the non-religious will have a field-day mocking Judaism; and the right wing, who thinks it has won, actually lost.

Aside from the elections, it was an ordinary day in Israel, shootings, mortars and rockets from the north to the south. A unique attack was perpetrated via a donkey-bomb that was detonated causing only material damage and the death of the donkey. Arabs seem to be running out of ideas.

Speaking about donkeys, Sarid announced he will resign from Meretz due to its failure in the elections. We'll miss him terribly...NOT! Also Sharansky has resigned, and Herut the only party that called for the Transfer of Arabs out Israel did not make the list. God save Israel.

Jan. 27 (INN:) Rabbi Ovadiah Yosef has canceled his 30-year-old Halakhic [Jewish legal] ruling that Israel may give over territories in order to save lives. In a letter addressed to the Jews of Yesha (Judea, Samaria, and Gaza), Rabbi Yosef wrote that it has since been proven that giving away territory has actually led to the loss of life, and it is therefore forbidden to give land to the Arabs.

With all due respect Rabbi Yosef, It took you 30 years and rivers of Jewish blood to understand what Rabbi Kahane was saying to all of us exactly 30 years ago! Why did you not give him the needed support when he was trying to save Jewish lives? It is not too late, more Jews are in grave danger today. Arabs are more dangerous now than ever and deranged leftist Israelis continue spousing their suicidal ideals. Urge your followers to go out and reach out to these lost souls, and to arm themselves, to get ready to battle the evil that lurks in our land.

Are we not clear as to what is the ultimate goal of these so-called Palestinian barabarians? Take a look at an ad for a film festival at Columbia University:

There is not one single place, logo, patch, or drawing were Palestine appears as a country in the West Bank neighboring Israel. Israel, the Jewish State, does not appear in any of their representations, textbooks, nor in any of their dreams and goals. It does not appear in Egypt where we "celebrate" 25 years of "peace" since the signing of the Camp David Accords with US president 'peanut' Carter. They want us dead and we are playing into their hands, all in exchange for a hand-out from the US. For a bit of recognition from the Europeans who regret not finishing the job Hitler y"sh started. Rise up nation of Israel. If you want peace, if you want no more blood and terror... know that there is only one answer: TRANSFER! "Ein Aravim, Ein Piguim"

Jan. 24 Three soldiers of the Lavi unit were killed in an ambush at K'vasim Junction in the southern Hevron hills.

They were shot at close range. It won’t be a story worthy of the international press, and the so-called Jewish media such as Haaretz or Jerusalem Post, they might run it four a few hours. Politicians are too busy corrupting each other, the police in Israel is too busy looking for Jewish activists who might be tempted to retaliate against Arab terrorists. And so it goes, Jewish blood flows and we sit and ponder. May God comfort the mourners of Zion and grant the power to the righteous to destroy the evil that besiege us.

Jan. 12 Nati Ozeri, a father of 5 was murdered in his home during the Sabbath dinner in Hevron.

Read the following tribute by Lenny Goldberg:

The Falling of Nati Ozeri - How Are the Mighty Fallen

Netanel (Nati) Ozeri, a man of Torah and the fields, was murdered on Tu Bi'Shvat - the New Year for Trees. Nati was one of the first to settle a lone hilltop, to burst through the fences of the ghetto-like Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria, and became a moving force behind the hilltop movement. His Torah knowledge and charisma made him a natural leader among the hilltop youth, who would eventually follow his example, and settle hilltops of their own. Young Jews flocked to hear the words of Torah and strength from this genuine scholar warrior, who himself was only 34 years old. His death leaves these hundreds of young boys orphaned.

His goal was to create a revolution in Israel by raising a fearless generation of hilltop youth, who won't flinch - not from the Arab beasts, and not from the Israeli police and soldiers. He lived and died on what is called "Hilltop 26" - a hilltop outside Hebron. But it is not a hilltop similar to many others. While most of the encampments are in the open space, Nati's house was surrounded by Arab houses just several meters away from it. He had bravely lived there for years.

Nati was also one of the founding students of the Yeshiva of the Jewish Idea, established by Rabbi Meir Kahane in 1987. His grasp of Torah and his diligence made him one of the top students, and his spiritual and physical strength were unmatched.

The Funeral

The Israeli newspapers, aided by quotes of the head Chief Rabbi of Israel, called Nati's funeral a "Desecration of the Dead", where the body was taken around for "political benefit", amidst violent clashes with the police. Indeed, it was not a usual funeral. Nati's body was "carried" from place to place, from one hilltop to another, to Jerusalem and then back to Hebron, amidst violent clashes between the mourners and the police.

First, it must be made clear: Nati requested that if he is murdered, he be buried on hilltop 26, his home. This request was known by his wife Livnat, and students, who on Sunday morning (the murder was on Friday night) asked Nati's friend, Shmuel Ben Yishai, to prepare the grave on the hilltop. Nothing takes precedence over the explicit will of the deceased. Besides, Nati's request was in correspondence to Jewish law, that a fighter who dies in battle shall be buried at the place of his falling. And so, the "crazy youth" who insisted on bringing Nati's body to the hilltop, against the wishes of the local rabbi, the police and (some of) the family, were simply carrying out their beloved teacher's last wishes. Thousands of police were needed JUST to make sure that he would not be buried near his home!

Nati also requested that if he be murdered, his burial would not be a quiet one - which it was not, thanks to the proud Jews who showed at the funeral that Jewish blood is not cheap - they pounded every Arab house in sight. Nati himself, had just been released from a four month jail term, for avenging the death of his friend Elazar Leibowitz, who also requested that his funeral not be the typical one - where Jews cry, go home, until the next funeral.

In addition, Nati requested that the tallit, the prayer shawl which traditionally covers the Jew on the stretcher, not cover his face. This too was carried out by his devoted followers. The idea here, was to SHOCK the Jews - shock them into action by seeing the actual face of the victim. Indeed, it was shocking, and the Israeli newspapers had his picture on the front page, covering the story of the funeral extensively. (the murder itself was hardly a news item) This is EXACTLY what Nati wanted. People like Nati are sick and tired of Jews being led like sheep to slaughter, tired of the same eulogies and sick of kaddish. They want their death to atleast make a statement.

And so, the "confiscation" of Nati's body, the hijacking of it to Jerusalem, the burial 12 hours later amidst violent confrontations with the police, was the super human effort of friends who knew what Nati wanted - who were desperately trying to bury him on the hilltop where he lived, on the hilltop he died for and requested to be buried in. They knew better than the Chief rabbi and local rabbi what Nati wanted. They also knew that true "kavod hamet" (respect for the dead) is not to quietly bury him, but rather to show that his blood is not cheap.

Jan. 12 An Israeli soldier - Michael Kazakov was killed in a shooting attack at the Egyptian border near Eilat. In Moshav Gadish civilian Eli Biton was murdered as a result of an Arab infiltration. As Mitzna and Sharon and the Leftist judges of Israel continue playing political games, Arabs continue in their murderous spree with no fear of retribution.

Kahane was right. Everyone knows it and who ever denies it becomes and accomplice to terror.

Jan. 8 It doesn't matter who wins the race of the corrupt political parties of our beautiful, yet messed-up State. Whether its the weak appeaser Sharon or 'Amalek' Mitzna, in the end, it is the Judicial system of Israel that sets the tone for our every day horrors and amusement. Not Labor and not Likud, not Meretz and not Herut. It is the so-called judges, the leftist deluted, corrupt Judges of Israel who makeup the laws as they see fit. They will make an Arab comunist party that calls for the destruction of Israel 'Legal' and they will ban a Kahane party that calls for the expulsion of the same terrorists they so much want to appease. But in the end, it will be the corageous Jews that will survive and set the stage for our future. No one will remember Aaron Barak, Elyakim Rubinstein, nor will they remember their new Volvos they got form whatever dirty deals they signed. Kahane will be remembered. The one who was right and offered a solution that would have spared the lives of Jew and Arab alike. In the end, we will remain. Kahane Chai forever.

Jan. 5 23 people killed and 80 injured in downtown Tel Aviv as two homicide bombers set off seconds apart in their murderous attack.

Labor's Arab peace partners of Oslo answer to Israel's concessions as best as Arabs can. The best defense is a good offense, something Sharon does not want to hear. Appeasement of the US, the EU, the UN, and the rest of the gentile acronyms is costing too many Jewish lives and the enemy Mitzna and Sharon fear the most: The Kahane Jew, the call for transfer, the call to end appeasement and political corruption. Shame on any Jew who dares not vote for Herut (transfer) in the upcoming elections.

The terrorists were members of Al Aqsa Brigades, an offsoot of Arafat's Fatah movement. They are protesting against demolition orders of homes of terrorists. Can you imagine the nerve of the Jewish State to punish terrorists by demolishing their empty homes? Al Aqsa claims that no punishment should be implemented and the killing of Jews is fair-game until occupation comes to an end. Yes, Tel Aviv is also occupied Palestine for these Arab a-holes.

Jan. 3 Israel is preparing for possible chemical and biological warfare. Al-Qaeda operatives have been intercepted in Lebanon and communications traced back to Syria.

Jan. 2 The charred remains of 70-year-old Makhlouf Alon of Moshav Menachemiya were found in the Jordan Valley next to his vehicle. Alon's son said his father had gone to the West Bank to bring some old clothing to Palestinians.

The terrorist who infiltrated into Moshav Maor was killed by the IDF. A suicide bomber was also killed near Shechem. Both terrorists were killed before they could destroy more Jewish lives and Jewish families - God forbid. May all evil be eliminated until all who are left will understand that they are better off living peacefully or returning to Jordan.
